Whipped Coffee

Whipped Coffee, also known as Dalgona Coffee, is the latest trend floating around on social media. Lucky for us, it is quick, and simple to make! 

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons hot water
• 1-2 tablespoons sugar (preference)
• 2 tablespoons instant coffee powder
• milk, to serve
• ice, to serve

Directions

Add the hot water, sugar, and instant coffee to a bowl.

Use an electric mixer until the mixture is fluffy and light. (hand mixing takes forever!) 

To serve, spoon a dollop over a cup of milk with ice in it and stir.
